Rainer Kreifels

Rainer has been advising on corporate and commercial law for over 30 years, including decades as an equity partner in a US law firm and a UK law firm, for which he was responsible for the German business for eight years and was a member of the firm's Global Board. He is one of the leading capacities in Germany for advising emerging growth companies as well as on venture capital and tech M&A transactions.

Rainer has particular experience in advising companies, entrepreneurs and investors in the software, life science, healthcare and renewable energy sectors. He is a member of various advisory boards, supervisory boards and boards of directors of German and international companies in these sectors.
