Marion Clark
Senior Lawyer

Biography
With more than 25 years of experience, Marion Clark is a trusted advisor on complex contractual and regulatory matters in the energy sector, spanning conventional and renewable energy projects, including solar and wind.
She advises clients across the full project lifecycle — from drafting and negotiating EPC and supply contracts, long-term service agreements, direct agreements and other project-related instruments, to contract and claim management during execution.
Before joining private practice, Marion spent 12 years as in-house counsel with a leading OEM in the power plant industry, working across Germany, France and Switzerland. This gave her a deep, practical understanding of how legal, commercial and technical considerations intersect in power projects. She went on to serve as General Counsel of an SME in the energy sector, overseeing a broad portfolio of legal and commercial matters.
Since 2014, Marion has advised German and international companies on contractual and other legal matters across a range of industries, combining sector expertise with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
