What we do
We support businesses, investors (esp. asset managers and family offices), non-profit organizations and municipal as well as rural communities engaged in, or willing to engage in, initiatives and businesses that drive significant and scalable positive impact on the environment and society.
We provide our clients with legal advice and representation relevant to the legal conditions within which they operate, their transactions and financial strength, compliance with laws and regulations, and, where necessary, the legal enforcement of their rights. We also help our clients effectively communicate their messages as well as grow relationships that support their goals and values and align with their strategies for long-term success.
We have a proven track record in climate & sustainability / impact. Our involvement in this area started in 2006, when one of our founding partners took on a leading role in the conceptualization and structuring of a number of impact investment initiatives. These included in particular one aimed at deploying decentralized water disinfection systems across South- and Southeast Asia and one focusing on advancing development in rural India by supporting social enterprises and other important enablers in relevant sectors, such as education and housing.
